BOOKING PROCEDURE

Confirm Event Date, location and venue (please ensure the venue with electricity supply and 4G signal),
Client can send us the information via web site / email / whatsapp / Facebook / Instangram
(Good Days are highly desirable! Reserve your preferable day in advance!🙏🏼)

Deposit Payment 

After confirm the availability with us, client may settle the deposit (50% of the selected plan) within 1 week to secure the booking.
We accept payment: Payme /FPS / Bank transfer / Paypal

Photo Frame Design

We will confirm all the arrangement 3-4 weeks piror the event date. 
client may send us the preferrable photos as photo frame background, photo frame design will send to client client for approval. Please feel free to let us know your throught so we can make you your own unique design!

​Balance Settlement

Reamining balance to be settled 1 week piror the event date.
(Any ad hoc additional items/service, balance to be settled on the event day)

Event Day

Staff to be arrived the venue appropriately 1 hours piror the service time for set up. 
Once ready, guests can start enjoying the booth time!
If clients want to extend the service time, please confirm with us at least 15 mins before the service end time.🙏🏼

Photo Downloading

A link will be sent to client to downlaod all the photos 1 week after the event date.
(Link valid for 1 month)
