    360 will process each photo immediately and send it to the network for printing. The first printing time is about 30 seconds. After that, the printing time of the printer is 13 seconds for one photo, and 138 photos can be printed in 30 minutes.We recommend a 3-hour service package for guests with a 20 girth, and for every 10 girth thereafter, an extra hour of service time can be booked.We don't leave until all photos have been printed to ensure that every waiting guest has access to them.

    There is no limit on the number of photos taken and printed during the service time. After each photo is taken, we will select the number of prints for the photo according to the number of heads in the photo. 360 staff will assist with photo printing and distribution.
  • 5. Will there be many people waiting in line at Photobooth at the same time?
    360photobooth camera body and photo editing are separate. Therefore, the flow of people taking photos, editing photos and waiting for the photos to be printed is separate. Based on our past experience, each area has well-managed crowds and shorter waiting times.

    As soon as you take a photo in Photobooth, we will print a QRCode with a link to the photo.Guests can scan the QRCode with their mobile phones to browse or download electronic files of photos.- If you are using an Iphone: you can directly open the camera and aim at the QRCODE on the leaflet, wait until the prompt to open the safari website appears on the top of the phone and press in, long press the photo until the screen displays "Saved".- If using andriod: Open WeChat, scan the QRcode with the built-in "Scan" function, wait for the website to open in WeChat, select "Open with Browser", and press the download button on the website to save the photo.     The space required for Photobooth and backdrop is approximately 2m x 2m. The photo printer and photo props should be placed on a 1m x 1m table, we recommend that the event venue be reserved 2m x 1m space for printer and props.

    The 360 PhotoBooth is slim and easy to install for indoor and outdoor venues.
  • 9. Can shooting props be selected?
    We have prepared more than 30 special shooting props, such as hats, headgear, glow sticks, plaques, etc. For specific styles, please contact us.

  • 11. Does one camera contain multiple shooting effects?
    A 360 camera includes: -Traditional flat photo (can be edited and printed in real time / download electronic file on mobile phone) - 360 panorama (can edit and print in real time / download electronic file on mobile phone) - Boomerang (downloadable on mobile) We provide up to 68 photo modes, and newcomers can choose up to 4 modes to use when taking pictures on the spot.     Our staff will crop the most appropriate photo effects based on the guest's location.

    For each event, we will provide 2-3 staff members to assist the guests throughout the whole process, such as teaching guests how to set up a pose, with various shooting props, so that guests can take different 360 photos.
  • 14. How many people can fit in front of the Photobooth lens?
    A normal camera can accommodate 11 people in 2 rows. The 360 panoramic photo can accommodate about 20 people around the 360 lens.
  • 15. How do newcomers get back all the photos from the event after the event?
    Within one week after the event, we will first provide guests with a GOOGLE photobook for guests to preview, which includes: 360 group photo 360 degree panorama Photobooth photo 360 Photobooth 2D Photos Photos taken with you (tidbits) Guest photo message card (if available) We will then provide guests with a link to download all original photos. ​

    We can only provide basic Photobooth photo taking and printing functions.
  • 17. How can guests use their mobile phones to print photos?
    We will provide 4 instruction cards for each table. According to the instructions on the cards, guests can scan the QRcode to upload a photo for printing. Guests can choose whether to frame photos when printing, up to 12 copies of the same photo at a time. ​
  • 18. Will the photos on the server be seen by other guests? Will there be privacy concerns?
    All photos uploaded to the server are only visible to the uploader and the wedding couple. Photos cannot be seen by other guests
  • 19. How many calendar card sleeves will be provided in one service?
    We will provide 200 calendar card sleeves for each standard photobooth package service and 100 additional calendar card sleeves for each additional hour of service thereafter.
  • 20. How long does it take to take a 360 group photo?
    It takes about 5 minutes to take a 360 group photo. 360 staff communicated with the event host in advance on the photo-taking procedure. Before taking pictures, we may ask the venue staff to temporarily avoid it so as not to obstruct the appearance of the guests. We recommend taking 2 360-degree group photos, one for toasting the audience and the other for a new gesture for the audience. The time for the 360 group photo will be counted in the photobooth service plan time.     The length of the video is approximately 15 minutes per segment. In order to achieve the best shooting effect, we recommend that the instrument be close to the stage when recording. The closer you get to the stage, the better the shot will be. In addition, we recommend that all the lights in the venue be turned on when shooting to ensure that all guests can be clearly recorded.
  • 22. How long does it take to customize a 40-inch oil painting?
    Available approximately three weeks after the event ends. We will mail the painting to the address provided by the couple. ​
  • 23. What should be the size of the photo used for the frame design?
    We recommend a photo frame size of 6000x4000.
  • 24. When did the frame design start and how long does it take?
    We usually start one month before the event. After the newcomer has discussed the design direction with us and provided us with the required photos, we will provide the first draft to the guest within a week. Guests can provide comments and changes based on the first draft until the guests are satisfied.
  • 25. How many newcomer stickers can be customized?

  • 26. What year is the photo calendar card holder?
    The calendar of photos will be updated every October to the next year. If the event date is October 15, 2019, we will provide a calendar card sleeve for 2020. Our current photo calendar card holder is for 2019. ​

  • 28. If I want to increase the service time after the service time is exceeded, how will I be charged?
    We charge an additional $1000 per hour.

  • 30. How to apply tattoo stickers?
    1. First, spray water on the skin area to be tattooed 2. Tear off the transparent tape from the tattoo sticker 3. Apply the tattooed side of the sticker to the skin until the pattern is completely soaked through. 4. After waiting for about 30 seconds, gently remove the tattoo sticker.
  • 31. How long will the tattoo stickers last on the body?
    About 5-7 days under normal circumstances. If necessary, you can gently wipe with cleansing oil, body lotion or alcohol, etc., and the tattoo stickers can be wiped off the body immediately.
